Terms and Conditions

By using the services provided by ExitEase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Services Provided: ExitEase acts as a facilitator to assist with communication and transitions related to resigning from a job or ending a personal relationship. Our services include offering guidance, drafting communication (such as resignation letters or messages), and providing emotional support through the journey. However, ExitEase does not provide legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  2. No Legal or Financial Advice: ExitEase does not offer legal or financial counsel. Any guidance provided in relation to resignations or relationship matters is based on general knowledge and communication strategies. Clients are encouraged to seek professional advice from qualified legal, financial, or psychological experts for specific concerns.

  3. Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information related to your situation. ExitEase is not liable for any consequences resulting from actions taken based on the communication or advice we provide.

  4. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy. All information shared with ExitEase during the course of our services will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  5. Limitation of Liability: ExitEase provides services in good faith, but we cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequences that arise from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, the results of communication with your employer, business partners, or personal relationships.

  6. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for any services provided up to that point.

  7. Payment: Clients agree to pay for services as outlined in the pricing section. Payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.

  8. Changes to Terms: ExitEase reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or concerns should be addressed directly with ExitEase. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through mediation in accordance with relevant jurisdiction laws.

  10. Clients may request a refund for services within 7 days of purchase, provided that no significant portion of the service has been delivered or fulfilled. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of the company, and any non-refundable expenses already incurred during the process will be deducted. Services that have been fully rendered are non-refundable.
